Cloud Firestore · for macOS

Keep watch over
every document.

Firesighter is a native Mac app for browsing Firestore. Open a service account key and you're in: collections, subcollections and every field, laid out the way you think about your data.

What it does

Built for the moment you need to see the data.

  1. 01

    Three ways to look

Flip any collection between Table, Tree and JSON. Expand maps, arrays and subcollections in place without losing your spot.

  2. 02

    Tabs for every collection

Open collections side by side, jump straight to a deep path like users/alice/orders, and page through results 100 at a time.

  3. 03

    Every database in the project

Switch between (default) and named databases from the sidebar. Firesighter remembers your key and last session for next time.

  4. 04

    Types you can trust

Timestamps, references, geopoints, bytes, vectors and the awkward doubles (NaN, ±Infinity) are shown exactly as Firestore stores them.

  5. 05

    Your key stays local

Sign in with a service account key file. Requests are signed on your Mac and sent only to Google. No accounts, no middleman.

  6. 06

    Native, sandboxed, quick

Written in SwiftUI for macOS 26. It runs in the App Sandbox and only ever reads the key file you choose.
